Polybond RST 100 gsm is a unique Surface Treated Reinforced top web solution made of a 100 gsm fiber matrix saturated with a selection of water based, synthetic and soft resin to dramatically enhance the mechanical behavior of the material. In addition, a chemical treatment is added into the reinforced matrix in order to provide an excellent sealing performance to this uncoated substrate featuring high reactivity and strong sealing forces. Polybond RST 100 gsm provides an optimized breathability leading to superior efficiency during the EO sterilization process.
With a renewable resource content of more than 70% for best possible environmental performance, Polybond RST 80 gsm is designed to seal to flexible formable film grades such as PA/PE or PP/PA/PE or PP/PE substrates. Polybond RST 100 gsm is compatible with EO and Irradiation sterilization processes.
Polybond RST 100 gsm is a unique solution to reduce the cost of your most demanding packaging designs: high seal strength, easy runnability, clean peel opening. Surface treated webs run in a 20°C operating window depending on packaging lines. Polybond RST 100 gsm is particularly adapted to very large and heavy packaging including custom procedure trays and kits.
