Polybond CGP 85 has a unique fiber mesh structure - mixes cellulose together with a high content level of synthetic binders.
Offers superior performance with regard to the prevention of the risk of break, puncture & burst.
The 5gsm grid patterned coating allows excellent sealing performance when combined with PETG blisters, ensuring perfect aseptic presentations even when facing the most challenging opening conditions (180° peel opening angle).
The choice of water-based coating technology in addition to a significant share of renewable resource-based raw material content also makes it an environmentally friendly solution to your high strength and resistance packaging needs.
POLYBOND CGP 85gsm has been designed for sealing to PETG rigid blisters manufactured on form fill seal packaging lines.
It is recommended for Kits with PETG blisters / Catheters and devices packed in rigid blisters. The typical seal temperature window for Polybond CGP 85gsm is 120°C to 140°C.
