To complete the group's Finance team, Sterimed is looking for a Management Controller (M/F).

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

The Management Controller supports the economic performance of production sites by ensuring the reliability of industrial and financial data. Reporting to the Group Management Control Manager, they work closely with industrial, commercial, and purchasing teams to monitor, analyze, and manage performance indicators, costs, and profitability. Through a rigorous and cross-functional approach, they contribute to the consolidation of results, budget preparation, and optimization of financial processes with a continuous improvement objective.

On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows:

Monitoring and analyzing industrial performance:

  • Monthly monitoring of industrial KPIs (OEE, waste rate) by site and process.
  • Quarterly monitoring of environmental KPIs (energy and water consumption).

Monitoring and managing industrial financials:

  • Monthly monitoring of CAPEX expenses by site, by nature, and ROI analysis.
  • Monthly landing of the site P&L.
  • Monthly analysis of detailed contribution by segment, category, and customer.
  • Monthly reconciliation between revenue in Qlik and P&L.
  • Integration and control of industrial invoices in the DWH.
  • Monthly monitoring of industrial fixed costs.
  • Monthly reconciliation of Ebitda, TBB bridges, and price/mix/volume analyses.
  • Animation of VReport reporting at the site level.


Budget management and forecasts:

  • Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts (internal sales, fixed costs, energy, transport, transfer prices, variable costs).
  • Monitoring the profitability (actual and budgeted) of the Group.
  • Verification of the consistency of machine charges (simulator).
  • Calculation and adjustment of RFA provisions (semi-annual and annual).
  • Consolidation and presentation of data for budget construction.

Support for special projects:

  • Costing of R&D projects for the industrialization of new products.
  • Participation in contribution estimates for commercial quotation requests.
  • Valuation of group synergy projects (notably internalization of paper and film purchases).
  • Participation in monitoring sales price changes in relation to cost variations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in finance, management, or management control (Bac+5 type business school, IAE, university master's degree).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial management control and/or group management control.
  • Mastery of BI and ERP tools (ideally Qlik, SAP, DWH, etc.).
  • Excellent command of Excel and ease in data processing and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy.
  • Strong ability to work in a matrix environment and interact with different departments.
  • Good level of English for regular exchanges with the group and international subsidiaries.
