To complete the Group's Finance team, Sterimed is looking for an FP&A Intern – OPEX Management Control (M/F).

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

Integrated into the Group Finance team and reporting to the Management Control Manager, you will work on an international scope with a strong analytical and project focus, particularly on the management of OPEX.

On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows:

Analysis & management of Group OPEX

· Participate in the construction and deployment of a Group OPEX vision, in connection with the holdings and international industrial sites

· Analyze actual/budget/forecast variances and contribute to their understanding

· Produce detailed analyses by type of cost (travel, missions, trade shows, general expenses, etc.)

Data & reporting

· Collect, consolidate, and ensure the reliability of data coming from various local ERPs (Excel, extractions, site tools)

· Participate in the centralization of data in Power BI

· Contribute to the production of monthly OPEX reports and their evolution

· Perform ad hoc analyses and high value-added data crunching


Finance process & collaboration

· Participate in monthly financial closings (support for upstream accounting reconciliation)

· Contribute to budget, forecast, and reforecast work

· Interact regularly with local Finance and business teams (acting as a business partner)

· Possibility to occasionally support the Finance team during site visits in Europe

 

YOUR PROFILE

· Student in Master 1 or Master 2 (Finance, Management Control, Audit, Corporate Finance, or equivalent)

· Strong fundamentals in finance / management control

· Highly comfortable with Excel and numerical data

· Strong interest in data / BI tools (Power BI appreciated)

· Good understanding of accounting mechanisms

· Minimum professional English required (international environment)

· Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical mindset

· Autonomy, dynamism, and ability to seek out information

· Good interpersonal skills, sense of communication

· Interest in growth environments and developing topics

Compensation

· Master 1: €1,590.26 gross per month

· Master 2: €1,766.96 gross per month

If apprentice from outside Île-de-France:

· Housing allowance of €250 per month

· Reimbursement of 1 round trip per month (school – company), by train or car, upon receipt

If apprentice from Île-de-France with housing expenses:

· Housing allowance of €250 per month
