As part of the deployment of a CRM tool, Sterimed is recruiting within its project team a CRM Project Assistant (M/F) on a work-study basis

You will have as your mentor the Group IT Sales/Marketing Project Manager who will support you in your missions, which will be as follows:

· Assist the Project Manager in all phases of deployment on the CRM module

· Participate in the functional administration of the CRM, including preparing data upload files

· Create and maintain analysis reports

· Formalize the gathering of feedback and needs within the framework of continuous improvement

· Participate in documentation related to CRM system usage

· Provide operational support to users

YOUR PROFILE

· Master's level student (Bac+5) in Computer Science, BI, or general engineering.

· Excellent level in French and English, both written and spoken.

· Basic knowledge of CRM would be a plus (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.).

· Good interpersonal skills and sense of service.

· Curiosity, willingness to learn, and rapid skill development.

· Analytical ability and logical thinking. Ability to document.

· Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

· Knowledge of a BI tool (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau…).

· Very good command of Excel.

· Knowledge of data modeling or data manipulation.
