As part of strengthening its Human Resources teams, Sterimed is recruiting within the HR Department a Human Resources Assistant (M/F) on a work-study basis.

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

You will be attached to the Group Human Resources team, which will support you in your tasks, organized around the following areas:

Recruitment (approximately 30%)

• Participation in recruitments (apprentices, interns, fixed-term/permanent contracts according to needs)  
• Writing and posting job offers  
• Screening applications and conducting preliminary phone interviews  
• Organizing interviews and following up with candidates  
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes

HR Development / Talent Development (approximately 30%)

• Curation of development content (monitoring, selection of relevant content)
• Contribution to the construction of development and training paths, notably e-learning
• Structuring and formalizing the paths for dissemination to HR teams
• Support to HR teams in the deployment of skills development programs

Cross-functional HR Support (approximately 40%)

• Participation in the monitoring of training actions (according to defined priorities)
• Contribution to HR data activities and HR reporting: dashboards, indicators, reports
• Support for employer branding activities
• Writing and publishing HR content and news (internal HR communications)
• Support for various HR tasks depending on ongoing projects

The assignments may evolve according to your interests and the needs of the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Student in Bac+4/5 training in Human Resources, management, or business school with a specialization in HR
• Strong interest in HR issues and talent development
• Comfortable with digital tools and data handling (especially Excel)
• Good writing skills
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to quickly develop skills
• Rigour, sense of organization, and autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Proficiency in English is necessary as the position is in an international environment
